Brazilian Samba/Axe

Samba is a lively, rhythmic and sexy Brazilian carnival dance which combines body movement and fast footwork to dazzle onlookers! The speed and body strength required to dance Samba means that every time is a real workout.

Come and learn to shake your bootie "Brazilian style" in a fun and relaxed atmosphere!

Zumba - Ditch the workout, Join the Party

Let's face it working out can be healthy, rewarding, and beneficial. Working out can be lots of things, but it's never been known to be an exhilarating experience...UNTIL NOW!!

The Zumba program fuses hpynotic Latin rhtythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to workout, to love working out, to get hooked! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavour and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba(R) class!!!

Salsa Cubano/Rueda de Casino

Cuban-Style Salsa can be danced either "on one" or "an contratiempo" - the latter is often known as "on two". An essential element of Cuban-Style Salsa is the "Cuba step" (also known as Guapea). Another characteristics of this style is that in many patterns the leader and follower circle around each other.

For credits to be retained you MUST inform Latino Dance Studio of your absence from classes within 24hrs. If you are unable to make it and we do not hear from you, your credit will be automatically forfeited.

We will be restarting our classes on the 26^th of August 2008!!!

All classes will be held at the Unley RSL Hall, 29 Arthur Street, Unley.

Salsa/Merengue – 60 minutes in duration

Beginners - 6:00 pm for a 6:15 pm start
Intermediate – 7:15 pm for 7:25 pm start
Advanced – 7:25 pm for 8:30 pm start

Samba/Axé – 50 minutes in duration

Intermediate – 5:50 pm for 6:00 pm start
Beginners 1 – 6:50 pm for 7:00 pm start
Beginners 2 – 7:50 pm for 8:00 pm start
